A car alarm is the first layer of protection most thieves meet. A loud siren and a flashing warning light make your car the harder target, and sensors on the doors and body trigger the alarm if someone tries to get in or tamper with the car.
MPPS supplies and installs car alarms at our Mombasa Road and Lavington branches. Our own technicians wire the system into your car, test every sensor with you and show you how the remote works before you drive away.
Choosing the right car alarm
The right system depends on your car and how you use it. Tell us your make, model and year and we will recommend an alarm that suits it, and explain the options, such as adding remote central locking or pairing the alarm with an immobiliser.
Alarm, tracker or both?
An alarm deters a thief and alerts people nearby. A GPS tracker shows you where the car is if it is taken. Many owners fit both, together with wheel lock nuts and a spare tyre lock for Prado, Hilux and D-Max.

It depends on the car and the system you choose. When you WhatsApp us your make and model, we will give you a time estimate and book a slot at Mombasa Road or Lavington.
We fit alarms to most makes and models, including Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, Subaru, Mitsubishi and Honda. Tell us your car and we will confirm the right system before you visit.
A properly installed alarm uses very little power. If a car is parked for several weeks without being driven, the battery can run down whether or not an alarm is fitted. Ask us for advice if your car stands for long periods.
